FAQs:

Q: Are these items returnable?

A: Due to the nature of the sale, all items are FINAL SALE. We now offer a 7-Day return window for our FINAL SALE items. All items MUST have tags, be unworn, and in a condition where we are able to resell the item.

Q: Can we exchange our items?

A: Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer exchanges. The quickest and easiest way would be to place a new order for your desired items and then visit our Return Center to start the process on returning your unwanted items. 

Q: Is this a pre-order or are the items ready to ship?

A: All items are ready to ship. Please allow us extra fulfillment times to ship out orders. We are expecting this sale to be big and will email you with tracking information as soon as your order is fulfilled.

Q: If I have multiple orders, can I combine them so they can ship out together?

A: Unfortunately, we are unable to combine orders once they are placed. Please add all of your desired items at once, as we can not combine or refund shipping.

Q: Can I edit my order?

A: Once you have placed your order, it is sent over to our warehouse to be fulfilled. We are unable to change items or add items on once it is sent over to them. The best way to handle this situation would be to cancel your order and place a new one with your desired items.

• Like with all exclusive sales, we try our hardest to fulfill all orders. Sometimes with an influx of activity on our site, inventory can take a moment to catch up. This can cause overselling which may result in a few orders being cancelled/refunded. We hate having to do this, so make sure you're quick with checking out!
• Placing an item in your cart does NOT hold the item for you. These items can sell out while they are in your cart. 
• Please make sure your shipping address is correct when checking out. Customer Service will be super busy during this sale, please make sure personal details are entered correctly.
• Once items are sold out, they are GONE! We will not be price matching our full-priced Arc'teryx items with the Seconds/Sample pricing.

•  In following guidelines set by Arc'teryx, there are no further discounts permitted on these items. They are excluded from sitewide sales, MIL/LE discounts, and discount codes.
